Tell us about your experience in Wedding Photography
I’ve been a professional photographer for over 15 years. Based in Ireland, I’ve captured more than 950 Irish and Multi-cultural weddings since 2010, and continue to work with couples who trust me to document one of the most important days of their lives.
What is your style? What can we expect on our Wedding Day?
My approach is documentary style – capturing the day naturally, as it unfolds. From the morning preparations to the last dance, I’ll be there to record the real emotions, candid moments, and atmosphere of your celebration.
There will only be a few short moments where I’ll guide you into more traditional, staged photographs – perfect for family portraits, your album, or framed prints. The rest of the time, you can relax knowing everything is being captured unobtrusively, while I remain available for any requests from you, your family, or your guests.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. I carry full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
Do you have backup equipment?
Absolutely. At Best Photography Dublin, we use only professional Sony A7 IV cameras with premium Sony GM II lenses. We always bring multiple cameras, lenses, and backups. Preparation is key – nothing is left to chance.
What are the advantages of booking a second photographer?

Do you also provide videography?
Yes. We have a team of experienced professional videographers who work seamlessly alongside us. Using top-of-the-line equipment, they capture cinematic wedding films that beautifully complement your photography.
Do you use a drone?
Yes. We are fully certified drone operators with years of experience. Our drones capture breathtaking aerial views of your venue, stunning cinematic shots, and unique perspectives – always in smooth, high-resolution quality.
Can you film in 4K?
Yes. We use the latest technology to deliver your wedding film in Ultra HD 4K resolution, ensuring crystal-clear detail and a cinematic feel.
What can we expect from the photo booth?
Our portable studio-style photo booth is always a huge hit with guests. It produces unlimited instant 6x4 inch prints. We can also provide a keepsake guestbook album for photos and handwritten messages.
Do you work with an assistant?
Depending on your package, we may include an assistant to help with lighting or to run the photo booth. There is no extra cost for this.
Can we give you a list of photographs to take?
Yes, we encourage it. Your input ensures we capture every important moment and family member. We’ll also go through “who’s who” early in the day to make sure nobody is missed.
How do you feel about guests taking photographs?
We don’t mind at all, as long as guests remain respectful of you and our work.
Can our guests access our online photo gallery?
Yes. We provide unique access code via email after the wedding, allowing selected guests to view the gallery and even order their own prints.
Do you have testimonials?
Yes – you can find them in our Testimonials Section, where recent couples share their experiences with us.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes. Every image is carefully edited and delivered in high-resolution .jpg files. You’ll be able to print your photographs anywhere, or order fine-art prints directly through your private online gallery.
How long does it take to receive our photographs?
On average, your photos will be ready in 7–14 days.
Do you offer albums?
Yes. We offer a wide range of top of the range albums. You’ll see samples at our meeting to help you choose. Once you’ve selected your favourite photos in your gallery, albums are delivered within 4–6 weeks.
What happens if you’re ill or unavailable on our wedding day?
Thankfully, this has never happened. However, we have a strong backup plan. In case of an emergency, trusted professional colleagues are always ready to step in.
What happens after the wedding?
Once editing is complete, your photos will be uploaded to your password-protected online gallery. You’ll also receive two USB drives with all your high-resolution files, along with your album if ordered.
Can we order an album after the wedding?
Of course. Many couples choose to order albums months later, or even for their anniversary.
Can we print our wedding photographs?
Yes. Your high-resolution images are yours to print anywhere. You can also order fine-art prints directly through your online gallery.
When is our date officially reserved?
Your date is secured once we receive a booking deposit. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. The final balance is due 21 days before the wedding.
